By sending the non-refundable deposit of $500 dollars I am registering to attend Well by Wolfe’s retreat in the Azores from May 21st, 2025 to May 25th, 2025. I understand that full payment (cost of selected accommodation minus the deposit) is due by March 1st, 2025 in order to be able to attend the retreat. I understand that I am required to make my own flight and transportation arrangements to and from the retreat center. I also agree to purchasing traveler’s insurance. Further, I understand that yoga includes physical movements as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress and muscular relief. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated.

Cancellation policy: Deposits secure your spot on the trip and are not refundable. Refunds for the balance payments vary depending on timing. For cancellation requests submitted more than 90 days prior to the retreat date: 100% of total amount (less deposit) will be refunded. For cancellation requests submitted within 60-90 days of retreat date, 50% of total amount (less deposit) will be refunded. For cancellation requests submitted within 60 days of the retreat, no refunds will be given. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies.
