HOW WE WORK
Using movement, mindfulness, breathing techniques and scientific understanding as a way to reframe stress and anxiety, I will tailor an 8 session course—developed through years of training and experience— to empower you to feel better, work better, and live better.
WHAT SESSIONS ARE LIKE:
45 minute sessions via Zoom
8 sessions total (once or twice per week)
Each session will have a particular focus, so no two sessions will be the same in style or content
WORK OUTSIDE OF THE SESSIONS
Weekly “homework” — approximately 1 hour
